Initializr is a simple tool to help you getting started with an HTML5 project. It is built on HTML5 Boilerplate, a powerful HTML5 template created by Paul Irish and Divya Manian. Initializr will generate for you a clean customizable template based on Boilerplate with just what you need to start.

The things you have to do is download the initializr package and do little customization such as fill page tittle, meta description and change the favicons, that’s all, your basic HTML5 template is ready.
The downloaded package including the basic css file, javascript library such a html5shiv, modernizr!, and jquery framework.
